A Weekend In The City of Preston
A year ago, Bloc Party brought the love to Dundee. Today, the band were confirmed for this year's 'Big Weekend' festival in Preston, hosted by Radio 1!
Bloc Party will be headlining the 'In New Music We Trust' Stage on Sunday 20th May, performing after Maximo Park, those cheeky purveyors of fuzzy pop goodness, and at the same time as Kaiser Chiefs over on the Main Stage. (Boycott the Kaisers!)

In other festival news, Bloc Party have also been announced as headliners for the 'Best Music Poll 2007' festival in Boston, MA. Tickets go on sale this Friday.
