New US tour date...
According to Ticketmaster, Bloc Party will be making a stop in Los Angeles this summer...playing at the Mayan Theater on Tuesday July 29th. Tickets are $26.00, onsale from Saturday May 3rd. Check out all Bloc Party's announced summer dates here.

Saw them last year in LA. Be warned, bloc party is a studio band and their live performances leave much to be desired.
They looked bored and it made me bored. Rhythm was nonexistent. It was really insulting actually that they charged that much for such a weak performance. Super weak sauce.

Hmm I have to disagree with you on that one:D Sure, I've seen better livebands, but what they lack in technical performance, they make up for by making the crowd euforic. Was THE concert of my life so far, shit was off the hook, and didn't think they were as far of as you make them out to be:/

have to disagree with you anon, Bloc are so gd live they create such a gd atmosphere and technically amazing, i think i put it down to shit US audiences not understanding british music, just like with the americans and Arctic Monkeys. come to london and see them play, best night of your life! the band and the crowd are amazing!
