I'm dissapointed, that only close date is right in exam season

is that IT? What about bristol! They better play more shows than that!

Joke! 1 london date and its in fucking april!!!

This is ridiculous, they obviously dont care about there fans anymore! I think it has become solely about the money now, playing London in an exibition centre. Times of them playing smaller venues, keeping it personel has definatly passed!

I don't think the Olympia is that big...

But the booking fees through Pioneers are fucking gigantic!

£25 a ticket is steep as it is, but four tickets actually cost me £115 just now with Sandbag's ridiculous fees. It's really pissing me off and Bloc are going to see a backlash if this sort of thing goes on. £25 is the price one pays for something far bigger, like a Muse gig (which lasts longer and is far more spectacular with video and pyrotechnics), but Bloc still show up, play a 16-song set and leave. You can't charge £29 a ticket for that!

I am very diasspointed, sounds like tickets are expensive also. I on hol on fri so cannot and not going to get tickets. Bloc seem to have jumped on the bigger bands criteria, play to the same number of people just in bigger venues so they do not have to bother toruing smaller places taking up a couple of months and making the same amount of money in the process too.
"UK Tour for '09"--- Hardly worhty of being called a tour is it!!
In a way can't blame them but I cant help but feel let down. I just hope this is interim and more dates will be announced!!!!!

Tour!, what tour?? 7 dates, thats hardly a tour. Just another way to make more money buy playing too the masses and raking the ticket fees in!! I think its a shame that the last two 'UK' tours have been in areana or exibition centres. whats happened to the 20 dates touring every country? Sort it out lads

They bound to add more gig's. It will probably depend on ticket sales on friday. They'll be able to advertise extra dates added due to demand which bands use as a form of marketing.

To the guy complaining about having to pay 23 pounds, can you please shut-up.

The equivalent in Australia is $80 which works out to be 36 pounds. I'm sure such a figure makes your jaw drop, but alas we still pay it.

lol unlucky ^^

i paid £23 a ticket. then there was booking fees on top of that.
its rediculous. i think its the most ive ever paid for a gig. not sure i'll be prepared to do it again. it had better be worth it.
on the plus side i seem to have bought my ticket about 12 hours before the presale was supposed to go live.

ps. this is hardly an arena tour, theyre playing glasgow academy. its not an arena by any stretch of the imagination.

I cant get on seetickets and sandbag are charging £27.50. AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They just announced a gig in Copenhagen February 22nd! Finally! They cancelled their last gig here last year an hour before show start... :(

:D

I don't know.
I wouldn't really complain about 20-some pounds when the last (and only) chance I had to see Bloc Party was $200 (or about 136 euros)

Wot no Aberdeen show :-)

i dont care its bloc i would pay anything! but i am hoping for some gd supports! maybe blood red shoes or someone like that! los campesinos maybe?
