Bloc Party EP is also known as Banquet and sometimes the Self Titled EP. Released in May, 2004 throughout Europe, it was Bloc Party's first EP to be recorded with V2 Records, their label. It collected the tracks from the bands's first two singles, 'She's Hearing Voices' and 'Banquet'. This EP was released later in Japan in August, and then in America in September of the same year. The Banquet video was their first one, it was a simple black and white video made totally of close-ups of the band members and thier instruments. Banquet and She's Hearing Voices reappeared later on the Silent Alarm album.
